ROWING CAMPS
SCULLING CAMP: JUNE
Sculling Camp with Coach Mike Vertullo is designed for both new and experienced rowers who want to build skill and confidence in smaller boats.
Whether you are learning for the first time or sharpening your edge, this camp is a great way to grow as a rower and prepare for the next season.
Camp will run Monday - Thursday, from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - $150 per week
Week 1: June 1 - 4
Week 2: June 15 - 18.
LEARN TO ROW: JULY
Join Coach Mike Vertullo for Summer Learn to Row Camp, open to new and experienced middle school and high school rowers.
New rowers will learn the basics of the rowing stroke on land and on the water, while experienced athletes can sharpen technique, try new boat skills and build confidence for next season.
Camp runs Monday–Thursday, 8–11 a.m. - $250 Per Week
Week 1: July 13–16
Week 2: July 20–23
Week 3: July 27–30
Week 4: August 3 - 6
PAIRS & FOURS CAMP: JULY
Summer Pairs & Fours Camp with Coach Hugh and Coach Oleksii is designed for experienced middle school and high school rowers who are ready to take the next step in smaller sweep boats.
This camp focuses on refining technique, improving boat feel, and building speed and cohesion in pairs and fours. This is a great opportunity to elevate your skills and prepare for the upcoming season.
Camp will run Monday - Thursday, from 8 a.m. - 11 a.m. - $150.00 per week
Week 1: July 6 - 10
Week 2: July 13 - 16
Week 3: July 20 - 23
Week 4: July 27 – 30
STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS
SUMMER STRENGTH TRAINING WITH COACH BLOSSER
Join Coach Blosser this summer for an 8-week strength training program designed to help athletes build size, strength, and power.
This high-energy program is open to athletes ages 14–19 and features daily workouts focused on improving performance, explosiveness, and overall athletic development.
Training takes place Monday through Friday from 2:30–3:30 p.m., June 1 through July 31. $340 per participant.

SUMMER STRENGTH TRAINING WITH TRXN
Join the TRXN Training Team this summer for an 8-week stack & shred program designed to help you achieve your individual goals.
Open to rising 9th graders through graduating seniors, this program features daily, coach-led workouts focused on enhancing performance, building explosiveness, and supporting overall athletic development.
Training runs Monday through Friday from 3:30–4:30 p.m., June 8 through August 7. Cost: $349 per participant.
Athletes can also add an optional Recovery Hour from 4:30–5:30 p.m., focused on mobility, injury prevention, and regeneration. Cost: $149 for the full summer session,
