A Great Day!
On December 21st, WPC hosted the annual alumni row at the McAllaster Boathouse. We enjoyed a light breakfast, beverages, mingling… and rowing!
One women's alumni boat was defeated by the women's HS 1V. Meanwhile, the men's alumni A boat managed a comeback win over the men's HS 1V in the first annual Bertossa Cup Alumni Challenge. The men's alumni B boat also notched a victory over the men's 3V and 1F.
With nearly 100 alumni in attendance, it was a fun morning of racing, catching up, and sharing stories of the way things used to be with the current generation of high school rowers.
